So I'm kind of a moron, and I'm going to blame some of it on you guys as well haha. Shame on me for not reading the install manual for proper load order of the mods. When Civ V opens in the mod screen, this is what I see: I naturally thought that you mad the load order easier. Turns out, More Luxuries needs to load last, not 5th.

Well, it's not the map part of YnAEMP that's a DLL but the 'YnAEMP DLL 60 civs'. I know there's a similar DLL at picknmixmods website but when I use it with YnAEMP I get a game breaking bug. When World congress is first founded and a button 'Make a proposal' pops up, clicking that button does nothing at all, the game is stuck at that stage because without making a proposal the game can not progress and there is absolutely nothing you can do in game to progress a game. I found a few topics with this exact problem but none got any answers.
Not in the United States; unsure of the legality throughout the use of the world. The workarounds function by placing a DLL in the game directory which provides the same API functions as the Steam API. Due to the replacement DLL location and the way Windows handles function resolution, the game will use the replacement DLL instead of the authentic Steam DLL.
It should be noted that this is why many Steamworks games retain secondary DRM. Also, please note that this bypass doesn't involve modifying the original software. (Only the DMCA and it's circumvention measures make it illegal.)–Nov 15 '10 at 2:07.
