Here are three Clone Trooper Medic, Kix, Tup and Sinker, the paper models created by Noturno & Sukhoi. The scale of the papercraft models is in 1:6.
Clone trooper medics were clone troopers who were equipped to diagnose and treat wounded soldiers. They were specifically bred to treat their fellow clones who were injured.
On Kamino, these clones were given specialized equipment and the Kaminoans instructed them on how to medically treat the clone body.In the field, clone trooper medics wore standard armor with orange markings, notably orange circles on the shoulder armor and an orange stripe on the helmet. Clone trooper medics carried DC-15S blaster rifles and spare ammunition like other clones, as well as medical equipment. They usually carried two vibroscalpels, one laser scalpel, and two laser cauterizers. They also had a backpack that contained numerous bandages and bacta products. The medics would often be accompanied by an FX-3 medical droid to assist in diagnosing and treating injuries.Kix was the nickname of a clone trooper medic who served in the 501st Legion, a unit in the Galactic Republic’s Grand Army, during the Clone Wars. Around 21 BBY, Kix participated in a hunt for the Confederacy of Independent Systems Supreme Commander of the Droid Armies General Grievous on the planet Saleucami under the command of High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kix, along with troopers Jesse and Hardcase, went with Clone Captain Rex to scour through the planet’s wetlands on BARC speeders in search for escape pods that had been jettisoned from Grievous’ crashed ship.
When two commando droids attacked the clones, Rex was shot in the chest. Kix, Jesse, and Hardcase took the injured Rex to a nearby homestead to recover, while they returned to join Kenobi and his team.Sometime after Saleucami, Kix joined Rex and the 501st Legion on the planet Umbara, where he served as a medic during a battle there. During the initial assault on the native Umbarans, Kix and the team served under the command of Jedi General Anakin Skywalker. Skywalker, however, was relieved of his duties after General Pong Krell arrived, who assumed command of Kix and the 501st Legion on Umbara.Tup was a thief and friend of Cholly and Weez. He was a humanoid male who lived on the planet Simpla-12 and – along with his associates Cholly and Weez – was a friend of Ren S’orn.
Around 44 BBY, S’orn – who was Force-sensitive – told the trio that he had been contacted by scientist Jenna Zan Arbor, who had asked him to participate in an experiment involving the Force. Cholly, Weez, and Tup all told him that it was a great idea, but they were wrong; Zan Arbor had S’orn killed shortly thereafter.
Soon afterward, the three friends approached Ren’s mother, Senator Uta S’orn, and asked for his personal belongings, claiming it was because they had been best friends. However, before he had been killed, Ren had told them that the laboratory that he had been in for the experiment had contained large stockpiles of various medicines.
The real reason they wanted Ren’s possessions was so that they could steal the medicines, since they knew that Ren had put the location of the lab somewhere in his belongings. The senator refused the request, though, saying that they were all that was left of her son.Sinker was the nickname of a clone trooper sergeant who fought in the Clone Wars. He was stationed on the Triumphant when the ship and two other Venator-class Star Destroyers chased General Grievous’ secret weapon to Abregado. The Malevolence destroyed all three ships, but Sinker, along with Jedi Plo Koon, Boost and Wolffe managed to ecsape via an escape pod.
They were attacked in their escape pod by battle droids but were able to defeat them, thanks to Koon’s skills. Koon was able to reach Padawan Ahsoka Tano, who was along with her master on a rescue mission for the battle survivors. Skywalker and Tano were able to rescue the pod and escape the Malevolence. They are far easier to build than the Protagonist series, so might serve as an effective trial build set before tackling the more detailed model sets.These files are presented in a compressed form, using.zip compression routines. An appropriate unpacking utility will be required to access them.
The files inside of the package are in.pdf format and will require a viewer capable of opening and printing them in order for them to be used to their original intent. Pages are laid out to support Letter format, of 8.5” x 11” (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm). While it is possible they may be printed on A4, some reduction in size may be required. Clone troopers were an army of identical, genetically-modified clones, created to serve in the Grand Army of the Republic during the conflict that came to be known as the Clone Wars.Grown and raised in the laboratories and facilities of Kamino, the clone troopers were trained throughout the first ten years of their lives to become one of the most efficient military forces in galactic history.
Bred for the sole purpose of combat, the clones were indoctrinated with unwavering obedience to the Galactic Republic and – more specifically – their Commander-in-Chief, the Supreme Chancellor.For roughly three years, the clone troopers fought to defend Republic sovereignty against the Separatist rebellion. Throughout the conflict, the members of the Jedi Order served as commanders and generals of the Grand Army, and thus they served alongside their clone soldiers on many occasions.
But the covert Sith plot to seize control of the galaxy, masterminded by the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, effectively caused the clones to betray and destroy the Republic that they were sworn to protect with their lives. Sidious, in his public guise as Chancellor Palpatine, issued Order 66 to the clone troopers on the eve of the Clone Wars’ end.The contingency order declared that all Jedi were traitors to the Republic and, hence forward, subject to summary execution. Due to their inability to disobey any order, the clone troopers carried out the Chancellor’s command without question. Though a small percentage of clones ignored the order, the vast majority of the clones executed their unsuspecting Jedi officers, many of whom had come to trust the clones with their lives.In the aftermath of the Jedi Order’s near destruction and the sterilization of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Palpatine abolished the Old Republic and instituted the Galactic Empire in its place, with himself as emperor of the galaxy.
Among the many new reforms that symbolized Palpatine’s New Order, the Republic clone troopers were re-designated as Imperial stormtroopers. Without the guidance of the Jedi, the first generation of stormtroopers quickly established a reputation as the brutal enforcers of a galactic-spanning despotic regime.The Clone Wars, a.k.a the Clone War and the Great Clone War, was the name given to the major galactic conflict fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
The war was named after the clone troopers utilized by the Republic against the battle droid forces of the CIS. These armies, the Grand Army of the Republic and the Separatist Droid Army, were two of the largest ever pitted against each other in galactic history, and the fighting between them rapidly spread to countless inhabited worlds.Beginning with the First Battle of Geonosis, both sides scored significant victories over the other, and at different times during the war either seemed likely to triumph. The death of the Confederate Head of State Count Dooku during the Battle of Coruscant and that of the Confederate General Grievous during the Battle of Utapau, coupled with the issue of Order 66 and the deactivation of the droid army, brought an end to the fighting.
