Vaio Mouse Pad Not Working
Oct 28, 2017 - The touchpad is creating nuisance while typing so I want to disable it, but it is not happening I also installed this Vaio control centre software, but it also doesn't have that option. Even the Fn + F1 things start working.
Hey everyone. I received my sony laptop VPCEB390X. I am frustrated with this laptop because after i opened it up and loaded it, the left and right click buttons of the touchpad did not work. The touchpad where you move the arrow worked fine. I then spoke to tech support online and on the phone and we did the screen sharing etc. After he did some changes, my touchpad is now erratic like no tomorrow.

I cannot move the touchpad correctly whatsoever. Also, it seems that the left/right buttons of touchpad works now but it keeps on messing up. Does anyone have this problem? I click on it but it keeps looking like i am right clicking everything.Support tells me they will call me in 1 day to get something set up and have a technician come in 6-7 business days.

However, i read that sony support is horrible. I am frustrated now and rather just return this laptop instead. I mean if i plug in a mouse, everything works fine but the touchpad is just erratic and seems to keep clicking itself.Anyone have suggestion on what to do?
