All the mods were present, unlike Rimworld where the mods simply didn't show up on the list. So I started the game using an overhaul mod that completely changed the game, and it was fine. The mod ran and played as intended. I found it odd that this worked, but the two others didn't.Then I tried Garry's Mod, the pinnacle of a game that's meant to be modded. It seemed fine, the subscriptions loaded as usual. When I created a new game, however, it was totally vanilla.I don't know the connection between these issues, if any.
